There were a colony of small ants in the room. Should not be expected for that star level.

beautiful rooms and amenities, water slide for kids.

Food and room service was very expensive and no 7/11 or supermarket close by. Costs add up quickly with kids.

The location is great and hotel is really clean and comfortable overall we enjoyed our stay!!

the house keeping were forgetting about cleaning the room twice which was really bad and staff not helpful because of not telling us about the facilities we can use in the hotel which was frustrating but

Staff are very helpful and polite.

EVERYTHING, Staff were exceptional, made sure we were always satisfied and happyRooms and bathroom were super clean

Everything and the best thing that I did not find anywhere else is the 24 pool which is something that I wished for for a long time

The check in they let us wait until 3:00 pm exactly and we we arrived @11:00 am, note that I have contacted them before for our arrival time. Which made us so tired and upset.

We lost our son IPAD and the hotel found it and we collect it the next day, good job on this and much appreciated.My deposit was return in less than a week after check out, and this is outstanding.

Breakfast crowd management and overall food options are limited

Amazing staff, so welcoming and attentive. Rooms were big with a beautiful view. And the free shuttle bus was convenient.Can't wait to stay again ☺️

Sentosa is amazing, the hotel is in an area where you can walk. Breakfast options are quite good. The spa is very good.

The pool is not big and has got one small slide for kids.

The room was suitable for family with young kids. (If you choose twin room - It will be sufficient)Amenities in the room were superb.Fast Respond from the staff.Breakfast was decent (I have tried better from other marriot hotel this one just ok)Pools were amazingly clean and big - Kids super love themI can see the gym looked nice eventhough havent got chances to try this facilityAnd they do have a great program to those who'd enjoy a direct short getaway to the hotel.

Not Significant, but the lighting button was a bit confusing and a bit strange.Off course the shower ( and they.do provide the guide directly)Should be great if Bidet available inside the toilet.

Great location, amazing rooms, amazing staff

Limited food at the bar for late snack

It was just uber cool and so relaxing - we felt like we were overseas. Amazing restaurants and food. Staff most wonderful. Live music and DJs and even magician on the Sunday. Superb place to staycation.

Rooms were a bit dated Location further from Sentosa than we realised

We love being right in the marina, with shops and restaurants, the pool, jacuzzi, and all Sentosa has to offer just a short free shuttle bus trip from the hotel.

Reserved signs on sunbeds and seating around the pool, but no-one using them.Check-in is always very long-winded. It should be speeded up.

A great stay at the W as always. Shame it was only for 1 night. We brought friends from Perth who stayed for a week and really unwound. The pool is a winner as is the buffet breakfast. The location is perfect. You wouldn't know you are just a few miles from the heart of SG. Staff are amazing too.

It seems a bit too expensive for what it is. That's why we only stayed for one night. We couldn't fault the place otherwise. Our friend's room smelt of dampness but they quickly found them another room.

Felt we should be allowed to bring some of our own food back ie like crackers, cheese, fruit etc as the restaurants etc are very expensive

Great view overlooking the Boat Marina from our spacious Marvelous Suite

Lights were garish esp neon ones reduces the ambience to one of back lane of red light district , no class ! Also the lights in toilet were so static that u either have it or none esp no downlight help into toilet middle of nite! Manager had to brought in lamp of some kind . Hotel seems have not decided whether is to b upscale or touristic !

The above ref to lights should b described here. Food availability is important but sadly no happy exciting venue for creative breakfast ; dinner or lunch . Services Offered for neck massages were limited almost nothing available as only on specific day/ time .
